Octagon is looking for paid interns (event coordinators) to assist with the launch of a major technology brand.
The ECs will report to an in-market Account Executive and will implement entertainment-themed technology showcase events throughout the market. The position will require individuals comfortable with engaging consumers in group and one-on-one demonstrations.
NOTE: Although this is temporary position; it requires full time hours, including some weekends
Responsibilities and Duties: •On-site event operations and execution •Product demonstration •Extensive weekend and some holiday work •Advance site visits to ensure venues conform to program requirements •Event set-up and breakdown •Daily/weekly summaries and post-event reports •Other related duties/projects as assigned including assisting in the development of client deliverables
