The Big Ten Network is
searching for an Integrated Sales Associate. This position involves
understanding all of the Big Ten Network\'s digital offerings and can
translate them into inventory for Ad Sales. The position will be
responsible for fulfilling all new media inventory that is sold by the
sales team and working with them on preparing all sales plans as it
relates to new media. This position should have a working knowledge of
digital trends and new online tools that can be incorporated into our
New Media presence. This position is based in Chicago.
Responsibilities:
Incorporate multiplatform initiatives with Account Executives,
National Sales Manager, and VP Sales. Collaborate with them to create
sales plans and presentations.
Fulfill all online/digital elements that have been sold by
the Ad Sales team. Coordinate with each AE to ensure their clients have
a full understanding of the online offerings.
Liaise between New Media department and Ad Sales
Build online analytics reports to help provide research and background information on user trends.
Partner with finance to ensure proper billing & track metrics of business development.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Communications/Broadcast/online marketing. 1-4 years of experience in new media and/or ad sales.
Good oral communication skills are needed. Excellent writing & presentation skills are required
Good organizational and project management skills are necessary.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word,
Excel and Outlook is needed. Strong knowledge of PowerPoint is
required.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and produce creative, quality product under tight deadline pressure is essential.
