Sports Development Manager, Millwall (Football) Community Scheme

Millwall Community Scheme is a registered charity delivering a range of sporting, social, educational and healthy lifestyle opportunities across Lewisham and Southwark. We work closely with Millwall FC as their Football in the Community department.

The Sports Development Manager will help produce a sports development strategy for the Scheme that aims to increase interest, participation and achievement in sports across the boroughs of Lewisham and Southwark. This should be in line with national, regional and local policies.

The successful candidate will lead a team of staff to ensure the effective implementation of this programme as well as our football development plan, both of which should meet the needs of the local community and maintain high quality standards.

The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager with a passion and interest in sport and a belief in the positive impact it can have on young people.
