Mike Pendergast is an Independent Financial Adviser based in Cheshire in the UK. He previously spent 14 years with the National Westminster Bank and 3 years with Abbey National, before becoming director of One Group UK, a firm of accountants and financial advisers based in Shropshire. He left in 2005 to set up Zen Financial Services, one of a new breed of Independent Advice companies based on fairness, advice in plain english, and flexibility in terms of both method of advice and how it is paid for.
Mike also regularly appears in the Independent on Sunday and had also had articles published in the Daily Express, Mortgage Introducer magazine, and Pensions Management Monthly. He has also appeared on Sky News to offer comment on financial advice issues, and is currently producing a podcast which will be available on a weekly basis.
Mike has a number of sporting clients including professional footballers, cricketers and darts players.
