Profile Summary
A sport psychologist and co-founder of iStadia, I am interested in helping members manage their reputation and develop their networks on the site.
A sport psychologist, and (corporate) talent manager, I'm a co-founder of iStadia, along with
Keith Irving and passionately believe that all sport and exercise professionals, whether self-employed, corporate or academic, can benefit from better networking, marketing and reputation management using the web.
Through iStadia, I've had to learn quite a bit about the web, and about how to use it as a marketing tool. I'm happy to help any member who wants to get more from the web to get started.

Since 2004 my focus has been on developing organisational
performance and helping them to manage change, in addition to working with sport psychology clients.
Most recently I was Head of
Employee Research and Profiling for a niche Organisational Development consultancy. Project work included assessing the
climate in the IT function of a global bank, conducting employee
surveys for a manufacturing organisation and a county council, building
accountability in a national brewing company, and working on a European
management development programme for a global brewer. Previous projects included 2
years working in a politically sensitive climate, supporting NHS
organisations to implement 'Choose and Book' and developing highly
tuned skills in stakeholder engagement.
My experience in sport includes
sport psychology and consutancy work with clients up to 'World Class' level, in sports including swimming,
athletics, football (soccer), karting and fencing.

I live in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, with my wife and two children. We moved here in 2007 after 9 years in London.
A former youth international in swimming, I still enjoy competing, but have to admit to finding it difficult to get down to training! What that means is that having been more of a 'middle distance' competitor in my youth I'm now a sprinter by default!
