Due to the fact at this present time I am still in the planning & prep stage of setting up my business, I have defined why I am signed up as part of istadia.

My role here in istadia is to:

1. Make new friends and contacts in the world of sport.

2. Network with like-minded people who share the same passion for all things Sport.

3. Find people / businesses I can work with.

4. Improve myself and gain knowledege in other areas other than Sport Psychology.

5. An accesable database of people who have experience and valuable expertise who I can contact, thus saving me time at searching myself.

6. To enjoy my journey in my new venture, meet new friends and contacts who can share this with me.

My name is Steven Brennan.
I am 25 and live in Scarborough, N.Yorks,
UK. I am
married to my lovely wife Anna, and at the time of writing this we are
expecting our first Child, due 17th June!

I have been involved in Sport since about the age of 2.
Throwing a ball around the living and then progressing on to kick the thing
meant I was always going to be a footballer!
-
This is was. I played for Scarborough F.C Juniors until I
was 16, where I was released (gutted) before YTS level and then just kept up
playing local level while I worked my business. This is how I came to the
realisation that, hang on a minute I can still be involved in Sport!

I decided that with my love of Sport, plus my new
found desire for Self Improvement, especially Mindset Training &
Psychology, that it was about time I put these two together in oredr to follow
what I now know is my true purpose in life.

It's quite hard to tell people about the other interests in
your life, when Sport is my life really. I have recently decided that I am in
the wrong business. Buying and selling property, while followed on from what I
trained in (construction), left me unforfilled like there was always something
missing in my life. It sounds crazy but I am glad I realised I was heading in
the wrong direction.
I'm a firm believer that in the theory that people only do their best at things they truly enjoy. It is difficult to excel at something you don't enjoy. - Jack Nicklaus

So I we speak I am currently training & developing my
skills to being Sport Psychology qualified, NLP Practitioner, and Business /
Pscychology coaching. Plus I am also setting up a company to help people get
started in sport or to progress further & gain the edge to move to the next
level in their chosen fields. I am also looking to promote the best equipment
availbale for footballers & runners on the market today. To do this I am in
no doubt meeting people through this site will help me enormously.

Oh and one thing I did forget is that I really enjoy
