International rugby player Rhona Shepherd heads up the business development division, where we help companies grow paying particular attention to their bottom line. Rhona’s specialist area lies in sales coaching from strategy. She works with the senior management teams of many Scottish companies, to implement change within the sales executive, with an overall aim of increasing sales.
Rhona’s brother Rowen Shepherd, also an international rugby player, heads up the sports management division where we look after the on and off-field interests of a variety of athletes. We operate a very personal service and tend to only take on a small number of new clients each year. Rowen's expertise are in rugby where he makes excellent use of his experience as an amateur rugby player, as the first professional to sign a contract in Scotland, as a professional coach and member of the management team of an English Premiership team.
Red Sky Management is working to bring businesses and athletes closer together. We help companies to learn from sport, recognising the benefits and the crossovers that can be applied to the workplace. At the same time we give our athletes exposure to the business world, to boost their profile and give them valuable experience.
In the business development clients we have a real range from 3 employees to 300 across many industries but we possibly have most experience in oil & gas, the professions and hospitality industries.
In the sports management division we look after athletes from -
Rugby; Swimming; Skiing; Athletics and Diving
We also look after the interests of a number of specialist coaches and experts who advise either our athletes or, in some cases help our commercial clients to learn from sport.
