I offer all round sport and exercise psychology support to athletes, dancers, musicians and performance artists of all ages and levels.
I believe we all posses the potential for excellence in our chosen fields and indeed our everyday lives. My aim is to assist performers in realizing and achieving their own personal potential, joy, love and passion for their individual pursuit. I prefer to work within and observe the performers’ work environment, with a view to empathizing and understanding the demands of those performers, however I am happy to consult in any environment available.
I believe through my substantial experience as a professionally trained dancer and a Level 1 tennis coach, I have a powerful understanding of the demands placed on athletes, performing artists and coaches, and as such can empathize with a wide variety of situations that may arise in those domains.

I am currently working as part of a team providing psychological support to Newham Sports Academy with Tessa Sanderson. The Academy aims to give local young people the opportunity to reach their full sporting potential in time to compete - and hopefully win medals - at the 2012 Games.
I have also worked with dancers and an elite opera singer on aspects of performance with particular regard to performance anxiety, and have recently completed working intensively with a highly successful Premiership Academy, working closely with the Academy Director to improve many aspects of the team’s performance, including group cohesion, communication, body language, responsibility, performance anxiety, and parental pressure.
As a dancer I trained at one of the most elite contemporary dance schools in the world, and as such was fortunate to experience training regimes that provided me with an understanding of both positive and negative forms of training and performance.
As an award-winning film producer one of my roles was to liase between extremely creative and talented individuals with tremendous egos with a view to a complete product in the highly competitive world of advertising. I am proud to say I was extremely effective in this regard and was able to complete all projects with egos intact, happy clients and within budget in all productions.
I have also lectured on the efficacy of music in sport and exercise at the University of East London, and I am currently in the second year of the BASES Supervised Experienced programme with Total Performance Consulting.

I regard myself as a dedicated and empathetic soul who feels passionately about all aspects of performance and sports and feel I have a truly non-judgemental and open-minded positive regard to all. I constantly strive for high performance in everything I do, that includes pushing myself to extremes physically through tennis and physical training to retain an understanding of the demands of athletes of all abilities.
