I work from a humanitic stand point, as I believe that each person is an individual with thier own unique needs and wants. I work by establishing these needs and wants and working with the client to allow them to find the best path for themselves to follow in order to achieve thier goals.
Personally, I have competed in a range of sports since I was young. As a junior I represented the Isle of Man at Archery, swimming, tennis and hockey, going on to represent the Island again at senior level in tennis before moving to university and continuing with hockey as my main sport (played for both Kingston and Bangor Uni 1st teams). In the last three years I have found martial arts and now regularly compete nationally and internationally at kickboxing.
