My current involvement in sport is as Club Doctor to Falkirk FC - a team playing (for the moment at least :-)) in the Scottish Premier League.
I have a long background in orthopaedic medicine and also have an interest in the more chronic aspects of joint and muscle pain. I teach extensively on topics related to joint pain - using both online and offline approaches to education.
My current direction relates mostly to shoulder pain and shoulder injury - where I'm beginning to explore the world of information product marketing.
My passions .... and skills .... lie in orthopaedic and sports medicine
Over the years (and still to an extent) I've worked as a sports medicine specialist, a specialist in orthopaedic medicine, a medico legal expert and an internet marketer .... marketing websites, blogs, infoproducts and more.
At present my main focus is on the online side of my business.
I'm fascinated by - and very involved in - using new media approaches like webinars, podcasts, video, web radio and streaming web TV as ways to promote myself and the products I market.
I welcome any approaches for projects related to developing online sports and orthopaedic education.
