Hi John
Just to keep you in the loop I won our Monthly medal at the weekend 38 points of sixteen
I felt I did not play well and missed loads of putts and have now been cut to fifeteen!!
I have been told that I will be cut by 2 points in September as I have won a name on board and its the clubs rules!! So my target of single figures is looking very realistic.
I am really working on the things we learned as golf seems a lot more stress free and I am not letting peoples comments bother me mind you I am glad my handicap has come down as it did feel a bit like cheating with 17 shots and I am sure a lower handicap will focus the mind?
Thanks for all the help

John, just wanted to pass on a couple of more formal thoughts about the recent clinic.
I have also been able to visualise shots more clearly resulting in a better end product. These coupled with technical improvements have allowed me to produce more quality shots during a round.Techniques:Most useful have been Visualisation - this has helped to produce better strokes especially putting and short chips.Lowering Centre of Gravity for putting and short game shots has produced a more confident approach. Also very useful has been the technique for preserving the mental picture of excellent shots and, by extension, eradicating the bad ones - "Remember the Great - Delete the Trash".I also continue to apply the peripheral vision technique and improve my breathing as often as I can especially after shots that haven't gone as well as expected.Overall I feel the Clinic has enabled me to bring a much stronger mental attitude to my game which in turn has increased my level of confidence to perform on a more consistent basis.

As a direct result of my expertise and accomplishments, I was asked by Henley Management College to establish a direct presence in Singapore as HQ for all Asia Pacific operations and direct the marketing and support of the Henley MBA. As the Asia Pacific Director, I developed a vigorous marketing campaign that effectively raised brand awareness. I designed and introduced full e-learning support to supplement locally held face-to-face workshops that improved MBA completion.
On the cutting edge of global communications technology, I have worked closely with world-class organisations, including Astro, Aviva, BT, C&W, Maxis, Nokia, Sime Darby, Standard Chartered Bank, Temasek Holdings, Virgin and many others to develop sustainable learning solutions for their organisational and customer focused needs. Partnering with senior management, I directed the project life cycle for a series of leadership development initiatives for cross-cultural account management teams, formed a new assessment and development centre to facilitate the recruitment and training at a start-up Mobile Virtual Network Operation, and coordinated creation of a corporate academy in Asia.
I earned my Doctorate from Henley Management College and continue to research and lead in the utilisation of technology for experiential learning. The featured speaker at numerous professional international conferences, especially in the field of using technology effectively for learning and management development, I have also been recognised professionally through publication of my writings. I continue to lead in the ongoing development and evolution of simulation based training.
I play the tenor sax and love Scuba Diving (warm water only!)
