I am completing BASES SE, currently in my 3rd year going down the psychology route. I work with a range of clients including a successful U19 non league academy football side. I work closely with the management team on the orgainsational side, developing a team charter and philsopohy. I also work closely with individual players with specific issues they have.
I have also worked with a professional tri-athlete, U23 GB sprinter and GB short track speed skating providing psychological support in a range of different areas. I utilise an individual perspective of delivery, changing to meet the individual needs of the client .
I am currently working as a lecturer and course leader at Sheffield College primarly on the FdSc Sport, Coaching and Exercise. I specialise in sport psychology and coaching modules but teach across a range of courses at different levels. On the course leader side of things I am responsible for the development of smooth running of the course.
I am currently an external moderator for another foundation degree making sure the course maintains academic standards and the grades given to the work is appropriate.

From a sport psychology point I have worked with a range of clients including a GB U23 sprinter, the GB short track speed skating team and I am currently working with a U19 football team.
I have a MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology. Within my role at college I teach a range of subjects in sport but specialise in sport and exercise psychology and sports coaching. At college I teach a range of students (most compete at some level from local upto national level) and liase closely with many people involved in sport in and around Sheffield.

I have been married for 3 years and have a 3 year old girl. I love anything and everything to do with sport in particular basketball and football. I have played basketball but find little time to do this now with a small child and I am very much an arm chair participant.
I am originally from a small town near Burnley, Lancashire and now live in Sheffield. As a result I am a keen follower of Burnley FC.
