I am a North West based Probationary Sport Psychologist working towards accreditation with The British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences.
I have experience of working in the applied field working alongside sports people and in particular aiding the psychological,social and emotional development of young elite athletes.
I can offer a wide range of services to individuals and organisations to highlight the importance of psychological and lifestyle factors in the development and progression of athletes.
By focusing on the demands of the sport I am able to educate athletes and coaches how the discipline can be used to equip the athletes with the skills and qualities to enhance performance to give them the mental edge in competition. Typical psychological issues such as emotional control, concentration and dealing effectively with anxiety are examples of what could be discussed in consultations.
I am extremely flexible and therefore will be happy to arrange consultations around the availability of coaches, players or parents.

I am currently employed in elite professional football and have gathered extensive experience aiding athletes development within this environment. However I am looking to broaden my knowledge and enchance my profile further by working in a diverse range of sports.
