Hello. I am James Donnelly, founder of Better Business Better Golf. I am an expert in developing leadership and management capability in others.

Why golf instruction on a management development program? It is a
vehicle for closing the gap between knowledge and understanding. Most
managers would say that they are better at managing than playing golf,
especially if they are a high handicapper. (Pray that their management
handicap is lower!) Golfers are highly motivated by the game. The
challenge is always to score as low as you can. Give a golfer a tip and
they’ll be sure to try it out. Golfers are very open to anything that
may make the game easier for them. By creating a direct correlation
between principles for improving at golf and principles for improving
leadership it becomes possible to reinforce what is essential in both
disciplines.
Results are generated by applying ideas and techniques back at work and out on the golf course. Each program is run over 5 days with a month in between seminars.They cater for all levels of golfer from the complete novice to the low handicapper.
