Sport Psychology
I have finished BSc (Hons) Psychology at Napier University in Edinburgh and for my Honours Project I have conducted a study in motor imagery (PETTLEP) in Archery.
Always loved sports and through the psychology course I have found passion for helping people grow through their sport experiences and help them get the edge of their performance.
Looking forward to start MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the Bangor University in Autumn 2009.
Consultations and Workshops
I offer one - to - one or group consultations for athletes, teams, coaches and parents.
Athletes of all levels looking for the maximisation of their sport and life potential are warmly welcome.
I also offer workshops and consultations for coaches that would like to include psychological skills training in their repertoire.
