Lifewave Energy Patches Trial - Day 7

Time has just shot by. I did not blog on days 4, 5 and 6 in case you look!.

Brief catch up.
Wore the patches for golf Saturday just below the knees (ST 36) recommended if you are likely to be on your feet for a long time. The weather was hot and it was a tiring medal competition made worse by my poor play. It got worse as the patch on my left leg disappeared somwhere in the middle of the round (I was wearing shorts). I replaced it at lunchtime and then did some active gardening at the allotment (interspersed with watching the Henley cricket team next door! England is beautiful at the moment! I digress. I returned around 3.30 to watch the rest of the FA Cup Final (soccer) on TV (Chelsea beat Everton deservedly 2-0). Finally I cooked dinner sitting down at around 7.00pm to eat. So it wa a long, tiring day which usually leaves me exhausted in the evening. I have to say that I did not feel as tired as usual but certainly didn't feel as though I was ready for anything else - but definitely not as tired as usual.

Sunday, I wore the patches below the ankle bone which is position Kidney 6 and is good for thos whose energy is a little low (me) or who are suffering from chronic fatigue (not me). Another round of 18 holes of competitive golf, this time the first round of Henley Golf Club's knock out competition played by teams of two. This turned out to be very competitive indeed with one eagle and five birdies between the two teams in the first nine holes (my golf was incredibly better). We won 2 and 1 so feeling good. Winning is great! The patches came off  when I changed out of my golf shoes but stuck them back on (ineffectively) with masking tape. More digging in the afternoon and all in all felt knackered by the evening.
At the end of the day, I thought that the patches had made no difference.

Monday and today I have given the patches a rest. I will take some guidance from TheEnergyGuy particlularly with regard to the meridian system before I try them again.

All in all I have not noticed much difference but on Saturday I was not as tired as usual.

Masking tape?....... On hot muggy days or if a person sweats excessively masking tape or even duck tape can be used to hold a Lifewave patch or set of patches on or over a particular meridian point once the original adhesive has lost it's usefulness or stick-um. Most American football (NFL) players will tape the patches on their wrist points because of all the contact they go through. There it also gives them an edge over the opposing team...making them weaker! Watch this http://video.aol.com/video-detail/the-power-of-the-patch/3704020534
