Lifewave Energy Patches Trial - Day 3

Today I have the patches just below my knees which is called the ST 36 position which is recommended for runners, cyclists, and people who are on their feet all day. Hmm.... could be a mistake as I have been doing the accounts all day, sitting in front of the PC. Well so far no change but these things can take a bit of time apparently.

Beginning to learn where you put these patches matters though I am taking advice as to where to put them over the weekend as I'm playing successive rounds of competitive golf - Saturday and Sunday. Added to which I will no doubt be given some digging to do down at the allotment so quite an active weekend in store. I guess as I will be on my feet most of the weekend and likely to walk in the region of around 7 miles, I should stick with the ST 36 position (unless of course I get advised to do otherwise).

This should be a good test. I'll report back Monday. Hopefully by then I will understand a little more about how these things work at least in principle. The literature says thay work in a similar way to the effect light has on the body ie. sun producing vitamin D and UV creating melanin etc. but there is no light source involved. Hmm......

How they work: Put quite simply: The patches combine infrared light technology with the ancient science of acupuncture. The patches contain organic materials and are activated by the body’s heat and energy field. The body activates the patches which reflect infrared light thereby activating the acupuncture meridian. LifeWave patches are currently a Class I FDA medical device and have been proven to have thermoregulatory properties (they can change the temperature of the body). Gordy
