Lifwave Energy Patches Trial - Day 2

Yesterday which was day 1 - full day's work and then 18 holes golf carrying own bag (quite something at my age as non of my cronies do this) wearing the eneryg patches on my shoulder. A good test to start with though I didn't notce any noticeable difference. I felt shattered this morning which is how I usually feel after doing this. Now I'm not a Manchester Utd supporter so their defeat in the Champions League Final did not affect me though the residual effects of Newcastle United's relegation last Sunday is still with me.

Anyway, placebo effect notwithstanding (nothing to consider as yet), I have consulted with TheEnergyGuy Gordon Compson who has suggested I need to drink more water and insightfully reminded me that a couple of pints down the pub does not count - he is getting to know me already. And for the record, it was only one last night!

Today I have the patches on my wrists as advised which is known in the Lifewave vernacular as P6. The likelihood seems to be I am in need of some detoxification, hence the water which I guess some will argue will do just the same as giving me some extra energy anyway. Gordy has given me some links to Lifewave's research so when I get the chance I will catch up on this and report back.

By the way, the placebo effect according to Lifewave is not relevant as the energy patches have the same energising effect on horses. I have some questions on this too which we are looking into.

Day Two's activity has been restricted to the office, working on iStadia stuff, catching up with the accounts (yes, watching paint dry)  etc etc so nothing dynamic - so far same old, same old but early days.
