1. Is it ok to put IceWave and Energy patches or two Glutathione patches in the same area to enhance the effect? Ans. Yes, you will have a heightened effect when two Glutathione patches are placed midline. You can also use two sets of IceWave. Go to systemic points such as Kidney 1. Put second set on upper body at Lung 1 or Kidney 27 or Heart 3 or Triple Warmer 5. Or patch area of pain if there is just one area. Try double sided tape to be able to move the patches around. You can patch over clothing which is not as effective as patching on the skin, but you will get an effect.
2. How to patch for Plantar Fasciitis? Dr. Steve said that it is hard to deal with. Need to try multiple locations.
3. How do you stimulate sympathetic or parasympathetic nerve to help someone with meager bowel movements? Ans. Dr. Steve suggested that the person may be severely magnesium deficient. Energy patches improve parasympathetic nerve. Try Pericardium 6 or Lung points. For abdominal issues, try bracketing method. Go hand’s breadth below belly button and hand’s breadth to right for white patch and hand’s breadth to left for tan patch. Or go four inches below belly button with white and put tan on back on sacrum to improve nerve production.
4. What is in the patches? Ans. Liquid homeopathic solution with amino acids and sugars. The patches have an electro-magnetic effect on the body.
5. How to patch for dizziness if not connected to hypoglycemia. Seems to be a balance issue. Ans. May be changes in inner ear. Use Energy patches on temples or bilaterally or in front of ears or behind the ears or on top of ears. (The patches don’t stick well to the ears). Also use Glutathione. Many conditions of the ear mean there is a Glutathione related deficiency. For example, you may get a ringing in the ears or dizziness from this lack of glutathione. Can also patch Kidney 27 or Kidney 1. Where to put the Glutathione? Try CV 6, CV 7 or center of forehead.
6. Woman had questions about the Barnes test for the thyroid. This woman is currently taking thyroid medication. If she uses the Barnes test, would the test indicate whether the amount of medication she is taking is accurate or not? Her thought is to take her temperature and if her temperature is in a normal range, is that indicative of her having the proper dosage of thyroid medication? If temperature is consistently low, it shows low thyroid activity so if with the medication, the temperature is normal, then the medication is doing its job.
7. Person who had extreme general discomfort within an hour of using the Glutathione patch. Suggestion: Have person take a heavy metal test. Start with hair test, but this test may not show heavy metal overload because the metals are locked in. So try urine test. Urine test will indicate heavy metal issue. Person is probably in toxic overload.
8. Person with sluggish bowels. Dr. Steve says it’s probably leaky gut syndrome. Fatigue, muscle pains, headaches are common in someone with this type of issue. Bowel will selectively absorb the nutrients and get rid of the rest, but sluggish bowel can’t rid itself of toxins. Goes back to liver which is under constant metabolic stress. Liver will exhaust its reserves of certain nutrients which then become deficient. When person uses Glutathione patch and toxins get into the blood system, then the person may feel very ill. Need to be educated on detoxification. Probably need to change life style. Wear Glutathione patch for about 15 minutes to start with and drink lots of water. If acid waste in urine is 5 or 6, shows very acidic body.
9. Person with leg ulcer testimonial. He had had the leg ulcer for quite awhile. He had pictures of his leg which had been taken after his having worn Glutathione patches for five weeks. The ulcer had cleared up.

15. Person wanted to know if there have been any testimonials from anyone who has had success stopping smoking with SP6 and Glutathione patch on addiction point. From an acupuncture point of view, there are some parts of the body that are craving points. Person can try the SP6 and Glutathione patches. 16. Man with butt sores near crack of butt on both sides. Man is 90 years old. Needs to keep from getting infected in this area. How to patch this area? Man is not diabetic. As you know, we have been looking forward to opening and operating our LifeWave Europe company and have been making steady strides toward that goal. Last week, we opened our LifeWave Europe customer service call center and are delighted with the response we’ve had to it. You should know that in preparation for this opening our customer service supervisor from Atlanta, Scott Shirley, traveled to LifeWave Europe and spent two full weeks training our new customer service employees there. Scott prepared them for handling all the questions, issues and concerns and that our LifeWave members may raise. He provided training on our customer service software in order to ensure they can respond quickly, and he also addressed policies and procedures so they will know exactly how to move forward with the right decisions. And, of course, he trained them on the LifeWave spirit and what our members expect from us when they call. The training was a great success and I am thoroughly confident that our team in Ireland is fully ready.
Additionally, we are working hard to ensure we have all necessary language capabilities at our European headquarters. As of right now, our European customer service representatives can handle calls in French, Spanish and Hebrew. Within the next few weeks, we will be adding Italian and German to that list. As time goes on, we will continue to add more languages as needed.
This entire project has been a wonderful and exciting experience for all of us who have been involved in it. It reflects how important our European business has become and it also reflects the fact that LifeWave is a fast growing global company. Therefore, we will never hesitate to take the steps necessary to support our members wherever they are. Throughout the rest of the year we will be making a number of very exciting announcements, but none is bigger or more important than the opening of LifeWave Europe. 1. Is there any problem with using Glutathione and Carnosine patches while taking cardio aspirin? Ans. Have heard of no problems with using patches and supplements. Patches work on the energy system of the body and supplements and medicine work on a different system of the body.
2. What to do about scar tissue? Ans. Glutathione patch helps to break down and smooth out scar tissue. Ex. Woman used Glutathione patch in a study for one month. She had scar tissue build up from a hip replacement. It was quite painful and the scar tissue was pulling on one leg and pulled it out of alignment. She wore the Glutathione patch below her belly button or on a center point of body vs. placing the patch on her hip. The scar tissue smoothed out and now the woman has no more pain. Explanation: Scar tissue blocks the energy flow. That’s why people who have scar tissue in the abdominal area have problems. Scar tissue may stick to the intestinal track, etc. Another woman called and said that she has mesh in her hip area after operation. The theory is that the scar tissue build up over the mesh will hold her hips together. She wondered if the Glutathione patch will recognize when to break down scar tissue and when not to. She wondered if the Glut patch would destroy the knitted together part of her hips. She has no ligaments or tendons in that area. Dr. Quila said that it is necessary to note that the Glut patch tells the body to raise the glutathione levels as needed just as your body takes in what nutritionals it needs. A man called in to say that by using Glut patch, he has more mobility, but does still have scar tissue build up.
3. Person with sporadic stomach pain. Doctor said it may be thick stomach lining. Suggestion: Go after pain with Glutathione and Carnosine and the body will get the message to produce glutathione and carnosine to help itself. If wanting to use IceWave, then poke the area to find a sore spot. Put tan patch on sore spot. Use white patch with clock method to find best placement. As usual, if nothing works that well, switch out the tan and white patches. Sometimes it helps to have Glutathione and Carnosine patch in the area of pain also or between the tan and white IceWave.
4. How long do you have to wear IceWave patches? Ans. Usually you can wear patches less as time goes on and you may be able to wear one set of patches longer than the twelve to fourteen hour recommended as normal time frame.
5. How can you tell you are glutathione deficient? Ans. Corporate did a blood draw with Glutathione patches. First day everyone showed a marked increase in glutathione in body. Second day-no so much. Another test with patches showed that everyone had an increase in glutathione and carnosine in the body. Quila feels everyone is probably deficient in glutathione and carnosine. Most everyone will have a detox reaction. When using Glut and Carn patches, usually your skin shows the results first. Your skin is smoother and shows lessening of fine wrinkles. Quila went over some of the detox symptoms: bowel changes, headache, heavy metal taste in mouth, rash, acne breakouts, blisters under patches…
6. Woman had hit the top of her foot with a nail. When this happened, she only had a white patch available. She used this on the point of pain and felt relief. Compare getting pain relief with just a Glutathione patch or just a Carnosine patch.
7. Person with sciatica issue. Put white IceWave on chest and tan on tailbone. Could stand straighter and had more mobility.
8. Reference to the man who has had shrapnel in his body for forty-two years. He was patched with IceWave and felt no relief. Then when he put a Glutathione patch in his right palm, he was out of pain. Look on YouTube for “Donnie’s story.”
9. Can SP6 patch help with cigarette cravings? Yes, use addiction point. It’s on the thumb side of arm just past the crease of wrist in elbow direction. Use addiction point to help with cigarettes, alcohol, narcotics, sugar (pasta, bread)-any kind of addiction. Patching this point gives you a satisfaction or full feeling.
10. Person with stomach/abdominal incisions. Was stitched very close to nerves of spine. This sends pain to first lumbar and it burns. Woman has trouble sleeping. Dr Quila stressed that it’s not how many patches; it’s where they are placed. Dr. Quila asked woman to email her so that she could make some patch placement suggestions to help woman be pain free.
11. Migraines are liver and gall bladder issues. Use YAge patches for thirty days. Work up to wearing YAge two days in a row to avoid strong detox. Be careful. Next try two Glutathione or two Carnosine. Next work on pain. Go to back of neck at base of skull. Put white IceWave there and put tan on liver 3 on foot. Or use liver 3 on left and GB 42 on right. 1. Are we able to absorb the minerals we need? Ans. Most people get their minerals from foods but it’s easy to be “magnesium deficient”. When a person is under stress or has a physical illness, the body tends to lose its magnesium. Signs include: fatigue, muscle cramps, depression, brain fog, twitching eyes, restless leg syndrome, heart arrhythmia-even heart attacks. Some cardiologists give magnesium to heart attack victims. Use an approach that allows balance of minerals in body.
2. Person suggests that muscle testing be a future webinar topic.
3. What about using several patches at the same time? Ans. New people should stick to brochure protocols at first. Using several patches at the same time may create a heavy detox reaction. Ex. Glutathione patch causes body to release heavy metals. This gets into the blood stream for elimination from the body, but it may make a person feel sick-headache, etc. So don’t overburden your body, until you get used to patches. Advanced users realize that you can mix three or four patches. Even then, you may have a bad day, but you are more capable of handling the detox symptoms. For new people: Don’t wear patches at night (exception: Silent Nights) because when you are sleeping, you can get into detox mode and wake up feeling sick; whereas, if you are awake and start to feel bad, you can take the patches off. Once you get used to the patches, you can wear them twenty-four hours without a detox reaction. Ninety countries now distribute the patches and some countries are very polluted so toxins can come out too fast.
4. What happens if patches come off in the shower? Ans. Tape them back on. People “super glue” patches to horses!
5. Testimonial: Man patched a Kentucky Mountain saddle horse for an injured stifle. The horse was up to par very rapidly. Suggests: Leave the patches on a horse until they fall off. 6. Where to put sleep patch? Ans. Possibilities: Kidney 3 and put Energy on Stomach 36 or use Carnosine patch on other side of body from sleep patch. Ex. Carnosine on left temple and Sleep patch on right temple.
7. Woman patched person with knee problems. Man had a pace maker and the patches did help his knees, but then seemed to create pain in the heart region. Suggestion: Patch heart meridian and pericardium meridian. Man probably had energy blockage in that area also. A Physician, Joie Jones studied acupuncture points. (Google his name) He said that when you stimulate an acupuncture point, the points twists until it reaches a point where it is blocked.
8. Person has imbalance or dizziness issues. Suggestion: People who have had brain damage have this problem. If it is a brain situation, use head patching protocol. If you think it is an ear problem, patch around the ears. For kidneys, can also patch around the ears. Go to websites and type in dizziness and see what comes up. 9. Person sleeps on right side of head and wakes up with very moist right ear. Suggestion: Sounds like an energy blockage. Try Y-Age spray in right ear. Patch around ear with Energy patches.
10. Can sprays be put in eyes? Yes. Dr. Quila wears contact lenses and uses Y-Age for eyes and face, especially first thing in the morning.

6.A new introductory DVD is being edited, in which Suzanne Somers is the host and LifeWave spokesperson interviewing LifeWave developers and researchers.
